Zhuang Zhihui, Secretary of the Town Party Committee, gave a work report on the overall progress of the Xiancun Town Shangjing Village township industrial agglomeration area upgrading and transformation project. He emphasized that the Zengcheng Wanyang project was the first to complete land approval among nine township industrial agglomeration area upgrading and transformation projects in Guangzhou, and it was the first project in the city to complete land transfer and enterprise bidding. As one of Guangzhou's three major automobile industry clusters, Zengcheng has a strong industrial foundation. The Zengcheng project is Wanyang Group's third project in Guangzhou. Relying on Wanyang Group's rich industrial customer resources and industrial chain integration experience, in addition to intelligent connected vehicles, the Zengcheng project is also expected to attract a number of enterprises related to electronic information, intelligent manufacturing, and next-generation information technology, and supporting enterprises. The Group is very optimistic about the future development prospects of the Zengcheng project.

Secretary Zhao gave full affirmation to the overall project work. The project progress fully demonstrates the "Wanyang speed." He emphasized that the district government leaders and various departments should fully support the development of Wanyang Group's projects and should rapidly and orderly promote the development and construction of the Guangzhou Zengcheng Wanyang Science and Technology Innovation City project.
