Xinhua News Agency: What are your thoughts on the core of the "Four Thousand" spirit and the Zhejiang businessman spirit?

Answer: In my opinion, the "Four Thousand" spirit, formed in Zhejiang during the early stages of reform and opening up, embodies a spirit of daring to take risks, daring to struggle, being positive and proactive.

The Zhejiang businessman spirit represents the unique business wisdom and management philosophy of Zhejiang businessmen. They are good at innovation and learning, and they balance social responsibility in their operations. I believe this spirit has played a crucial role in Zhejiang's economic development.

Xinhua News Agency: What qualities and sense of social responsibility do you think entrepreneurs should possess?

Answer: I believe entrepreneurs should be eager to learn and accumulate more knowledge; they should have foresight and strategic vision, understanding societal needs; they should possess a certain level of understanding, be innovative, and be able to address some of society's pain points and difficulties, such as promoting technological innovation and industrial upgrading.

Finally, from the perspective of the mission of enterprise development, entrepreneurs should strive to solve some of the existing problems and contradictions in society, promoting sustainable development for both society and enterprises through improved efficiency and resource integration.

Xinhua News Agency: In recent years, Wenzhou has attached great importance to the healthy development of enterprises and the healthy growth of entrepreneurs. As a Wenzhou entrepreneur, what are your personal feelings about Wenzhou's respect for entrepreneurs and its support for enterprise development?

Answer: I believe that Wenzhou is one of the cities with the best business environment in the country, a city where private entrepreneurs are in charge. I am a native of Wenzhou. As a local entrepreneur, my feeling is that the government treats the needs and difficulties of our entrepreneurs as their own difficulties and matters to be resolved. For example, through a series of comprehensive measures in terms of policies and services, it has greatly empowered enterprises during the entrepreneurial process.

At the same time that the government empowers enterprises, we also empower society, thus forming a positive atmosphere of government empowering enterprises and enterprises giving back to society, an atmosphere of sustainable development.
