On July 27, 2024, Wanyang Innovation City Group's 2024 semi-annual work conference was grandly held at its headquarters in Wenzhou. Group management and various functional departments participated in the meeting either on-site or via video conference. Group Chairman Su Xiaofeng delivered an important speech, reviewing the achievements of the Innovation City Group in the past six months and expounding on the development strategy and operating strategy for the second half of the year.
Su Xiaofeng emphasized that in the first half of the year, the Innovation City Group worked together, and its performance rose against the trend. He stressed that the group must remain focused on its goals in the second half of the year and achieve its mission. In the process of the company's continuous development, it should uphold a results-oriented culture, a culture that prioritizes efficiency, a down-to-earth culture, a culture of integrity, and a sense of ownership among team members. He also urged the team to strengthen learning, research, and innovation in their work, and that the entire group should be driven by core elements such as talent, efficiency, professionalism, organization, and culture for sustained and healthy development.

Group President Wu Jianming delivered the 2024 semi-annual work report at the meeting, summarizing the operating results of the first half of the year and deploying key tasks for the second half of the year. He particularly emphasized the need to strengthen resource integration and synergy, and to cultivate development around the company's positioning under the new circumstances, ensuring the group maintains a healthy and positive development momentum.
Heads of the group's core functional departments, representatives from various regions/business units, and project companies respectively made semi-annual summaries and work plan reports for the second half of the year. The meeting also commended project teams with outstanding performance in the first half of the year.
