Xiangshan Wanyang Innovation City steps on the 'accelerator', achieving immediate construction upon land acquisition
On October 21, Wanyang Group successfully won the land plot for the Ningbo (Xiangshan) Wanyang Innovation City project, and Wanyang Innovation City officially settled in Xiangshan Shipu Science and Technology Park. This is also Wanyang's first project in Xiangshan. With this, Wanyang Zhejiang Eastern Regional Company has almost completely completed its strategic layout in various counties and cities of Ningbo.
On October 21, Wanyang Group successfully acquired the land for the Ningbo (Xiangshan) Wanyang Innovation City project, officially establishing Wanyang Innovation City in Xiangshan Shipu Science and Technology Park. This is Wanyang's first project in Xiangshan, marking the near-complete strategic layout of Wanyang's East Zhejiang regional company across various counties and cities in Ningbo.
It is worth mentioning that Wanyang once again accelerated the approval process for this project, achieving immediate commencement upon land acquisition! This fully demonstrates the efficiency of the Xiangshan government and highlights Wanyang's speed.
The Xiangshan Wanyang Innovation City project is jointly developed by the Xiangshan County Government and Wanyang Group. It covers a total planned area of approximately 1000 mu (approximately 66.7 hectares), with a total construction area of approximately 1.3 million square meters and a planned total investment of approximately 5 billion RMB. Following an operational model of "industrial aggregation, integration of industry and city, resource sharing, and interaction between industry and finance," it will attract leading industries such as high-end equipment manufacturing, auto parts and accessories, and new materials, along with supporting enterprises in related industrial chains. 
According to the requirements of the "2020 Xiangshan County Strategic Emerging Industry Work Points," Xiangshan will focus on five aspects: releasing effective investment benefits, enhancing the strength of industrial entities, reshaping the industrial competitive landscape, and promoting high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship. Focusing on three major industries—new equipment, new materials, and marine biology (life health)—it will actively attract and cultivate key enterprises and focus on promoting the construction of key parks and major projects to drive counter-cyclical growth in strategic emerging industries.
Located in Shipu Science and Technology Park, the Xiangshan Wanyang Innovation City serves as the main platform for the development of new industrialization in the southern region of Xiangshan County. Following a work approach of "industry-based development, project-oriented approach, and innovation-driven development," it emphasizes a distinctive and differentiated approach to investment attraction, aiming to build a core area for regional economic growth, a demonstration area for transformation and upgrading, and a gathering area for emerging industries. Currently, several enterprises, including Shenling Elevator, Yuanfeng Electromechanical, Zhengye Industrial and Trade, Ruoyu New Energy, Tengsen Ding Machine Tool, Chengyuan Biology, and Junfu Electromechanical, have already established themselves in Shipu Science and Technology Park. Among them are several enterprises with a scale exceeding 100 million RMB, and an industrial atmosphere is gradually taking shape.
Wanyang Group, in collaboration with the Xiangshan government, strives to develop this project into an integrated platform for production, manufacturing, R&D design, pilot test results transformation, and production support, promoting high-quality development of Xiangshan's industry in the Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou integrated region.
