Su Xiaofeng, Chairman of Wanyang Group, stated in his speech that during the project's advancement, he felt the high efficiency and pragmatism of the Jiande Municipal Party Committee and Government. With the project officially commencing construction today, they will fully utilize Jiande's policy advantages, cost advantages, and spatial advantages to build a high-quality integrated development platform for the health industry, integrating scientific research and production, intelligent manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, financial services, and a smart park. Wang Kuanquan, General Manager of Wanyang Group's Zhejiang Central Region, introduced the basic situation of the project and stated that many high-quality enterprises have expressed clear intentions to settle in. The project is also actively negotiating cooperation with Alibaba to jointly build a smart medical and health industry park to empower enterprises entering the park. The Hangzhou Wanyang Science and Technology Innovation City will live up to expectations, upholding the corporate tenet of 'giving Jiande a city and giving enterprises a home,' and will develop the project into a new center for Jiande's science and technology industry and a new platform for investment attraction.

At the bank credit ceremony and the intended enterprise signing ceremony, Jiande Rural Commercial Bank, Industrial Bank Jiande Branch, Construction Bank Jiande Branch, Zhejiang Merchants Bank Jiande Branch, and China Minsheng Bank Hangzhou Tonglu Branch provided a total of 5 billion yuan in credit for the project, connecting small and medium-sized enterprises to financial channels, injecting vitality into the real economy, and effectively solving the problem of enterprise financing. At the same time, several enterprises, including Hangzhou Tuoxin Medical Device Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Meilian Medical Supplies Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Hengtong Metal Hose Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Anjari Technology Co., Ltd., and Hangzhou Gutuo Biotechnology Co., Ltd., signed agreements for intended settlement.

With Tong Dinggan, Secretary of the Jiande Municipal Committee of the CPC, announcing the official start of the project, the leaders officially performed the groundbreaking ceremony. The scene was filled with the sound of drums and lion dances, with colorful flags waving, and the attendees witnessed the official launch of the Hangzhou Wanyang Science and Technology Innovation City.

As a manufacturing industry aggregation platform operator, Wanyang Group operates Wanyang Innovation Cities in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions, following a model of 'industrial aggregation, integration of industry and city, resource sharing, and interaction between industry and finance.' The total area of the parks exceeds 55 million square meters, attracting more than 10,000 manufacturing enterprises.

The Hangzhou Wanyang Science and Technology Innovation City, a newly built aggregation platform for technology-based enterprises, is located in the Science and Technology Innovation Zone of the Jiande High-speed Railway New City area. With a planned land area of 801 mu (approximately 534,000 square meters) and a construction area of 1.35 million square meters, it will accommodate approximately 400 enterprises upon completion and will become a high-quality integrated development platform for the health industry, integrating scientific research and production, intelligent manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, financial services, and a smart park.
