Construction of "Western Beauty Valley" in Chongqing Tongliang Wanyang Innovation City officially starts

On November 29th, Chongqing Tongliang held a signing and commencement ceremony for the "Western Beauty Valley" project. At the event, Wanyang Group officially commenced construction on its first maker space project in the Chongqing region—the Chongqing Tongliang Wanyang Maker Space.

The beauty industry is a new and emerging sunrise industry, hailed as the "beauty economy" and "appearance economy." The "Western Beauty Valley" project covers an area of 8,000 mu (approximately 533 hectares) and will focus on a high-end beauty and cosmetics system, building a high-end beauty and cosmetics industry cluster. It will encompass research and development, production, packaging, sales, brand planning, testing and inspection, display and experience, new product promotion, and online dissemination across the entire industrial chain. Upon completion, the project will address the shortcomings in the development of the beauty industry in Western China and promote high-quality development of the beauty industry in Tongliang.

Among them, the Chongqing (Tongliang) Wanyang Maker Space project has a total investment of 11 billion yuan and covers a total land area of 3,000 mu (approximately 200 hectares). It will construct a 1,000-mu (approximately 67 hectares) beauty intelligent valley industrial park and a 2,000-mu (approximately 133 hectares) intelligent manufacturing industrial park. It will create a green and intelligent industrial park integrating manufacturing R&D, e-commerce, warehousing and logistics, supporting production and living elements, financial services, and smart park management. Upon completion and reaching full production capacity, the project is expected to achieve an annual output value of 15 billion yuan.
