On December 25, the Zhejiang Provincial Committee held an economic work conference to fully implement the spirit of the 19th Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Central Economic Work Conference, and the 8th Plenary Session of the 14th Provincial Committee, to summarize this year's economic work, and to study and deploy next year's economic work. At the meeting, Yuan Jiagun emphasized that next year is a year of special importance, marking the beginning of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the start of a new journey of modernization. We must take the first step well and show a new atmosphere. We must unswervingly promote a new leap in enriching the people and strengthening the province, promote the exploration of building a new development pattern to achieve a new breakthrough, promote new progress in the pilot demonstration of common prosperity, promote a new level of governance capacity, lay a solid foundation for high-quality development, activate the source of competitiveness, and walk the path of modernization, better demonstrating the responsibility of the leading province in socialist modernization and the style of the "important window." In the specific work, we should highlight the "three leading positions": First, reform breakthroughs, using digital reform to leverage reforms in all fields and aspects, creating institutional advantages and development advantages; second, improving service quality, launching the "three services" 2.0 version, and building a more competitive economic policy system; and third, risk prevention, using the certainty of work to respond to the uncertainty of risks.

Zheng Zhage emphasized that, in accordance with the requirements of "three leading positions", we should pay more attention to smooth circulation, quality and efficiency, improving people's livelihood, and safe development, taking the first step in building a new development pattern and seeing a new atmosphere. We should vigorously improve the ability of scientific and technological innovation, enhance the capacity of science and technology innovation platforms, strengthen the leading role of enterprises in innovation, and build a first-class innovation ecosystem to support high-quality economic development.

"We strive to attract back 100,000 Zhejiang bosses during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, establish a trillion-level small and micro industrial platform, with 50 people per enterprise, attracting 5 million new Zhejiang people, consolidating the foundation of the manufacturing industry, promoting the coordinated development of urbanization and industrialization, and achieving national strategies." At the meeting, Su Xiaofeng put forward suggestions on the high-quality development of manufacturing, etc. In addition, on the issues of operation and management of small and micro industrial parks, Su Xiaofeng also submitted suggestions to help small and micro enterprises overcome difficulties, including financing and loans for small and micro industrial parks and small and micro enterprises, tax reduction and fee reduction, policy subsidies, and support for entering parks.

As a manufacturing industry agglomeration platform operator, Wanyang Group is committed to improving the development environment for small and medium-sized enterprises. At present, it has developed industrial parks with an area of 60 million square meters nationwide, with 13,000 enterprises entering the parks. In Zhejiang Province, more than 6,000 manufacturing enterprises have entered Wanyang Innovation City.
