Wanyang Group's 2021 annual work conference was successfully held

Wanyang Platform, Creating the Future Together. From January 30th to 31st, Wanyang Group held a two-day work conference, setting new goals and embarking on a new journey of continuous struggle. In line with national epidemic prevention policies, this conference was held as an online video conference. Over 4000 employees from 70 projects across the group participated simultaneously, sharing the joy of the company's achievements in 2020 and clarifying the development plan for 2021.

The 2021 work conference revolved around the following agenda: annual awards, chairman's speech, president's work report, business segment strategies, annual summaries and plans for each project, special report on integrity culture, and excellent sharing.

Performance Surges to New Highs, Shared Incentives, and Recognition of Excellence  

In 2020, faced with complex and profound changes in the domestic and international situation and the added challenges brought by the COVID-19 epidemic, Wanyang Group achieved remarkable growth. Under the guidance of the group's strategy, project layouts expanded rapidly, business performance surged against the trend, construction scale increased significantly, park operations took shape, and the annual target was exceeded.

This year, the Wanyang team rose to the challenge, using its original mission as ink and empowering manufacturing as its pen, writing a record of "gathering 10,000 manufacturing enterprises, building a 100 billion industrial platform, and creating one million jobs," achieving the goal of doubling its year-on-year performance as scheduled.

This year, Wanyang project expansion broke through the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, successfully expanding to key cities nationwide. The number of projects exceeded 70, with a total development area exceeding 60 million square meters and the capacity to accommodate over 13,000 enterprises.

This year, Wanyang successfully expanded its product line and successfully deployed Wanyang Science and Technology City in key cities.

This year, the Wanyang system construction has made significant progress, with a complete control system, comprehensive human resources and financial support, and a foundation laid for informatization and standardization.

This year, the Group improved its shared creation and sharing system, implementing mechanisms such as shared achievements and project co-investment, allowing more and more employees to benefit from the company's development.

To thank all Wanyang family members for their hard work and dedication over the past year, under the guidance of the core values of "shared creation and sharing," the Group optimized and improved its achievement-sharing policy and created the Wanyang shared creation and sharing platform. At the meeting, 2020 annual project achievement-sharing awards, special contribution awards, and chairman's special awards were presented on-site and online, recognizing outstanding projects, teams, and individuals in 2020, with a total of 125 million yuan in bonuses awarded.

Strategic Planning, Comprehensive Improvement, and Long-Term Development  

Wanyang Group President Wu Jianming delivered the 2020 annual work report and 2021 work deployment at the meeting, sharing his thoughts on Wanyang's development strategy, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various business segments such as shared creation cities, construction, and operations, and deploying key tasks for the next year.

Wu Jianming stated that in 2020, the entire group achieved leapfrog development and successfully completed its goals. In 2021, while continuing to increase the momentum of project expansion, the group will vigorously promote the construction of a management system, accelerate the group's informatization construction, improve the team's professional level, and enhance its industrial service capabilities.

Wu Jianming stated that strategy must involve choices. We must adhere to our positioning of serving small and medium-sized enterprises, plan in an orderly manner, focus on core business segments, maintain core competitiveness, build Wanyang into a "centenarian enterprise," accommodate millions of enterprises, and contribute to the high-quality development of China's manufacturing industry.

At the meeting, the Construction Group and the Smart Operation Group respectively delivered their 2020 annual work reports and 2021 work deployments, and the Real Estate Group delivered its 2021 work plan report. Heads of various functional lines of the group, various regional, city, and project companies respectively made annual summaries and work deployments for the new year.

Empowerment through Reform, Improved Quality and Efficiency; Dreams Take Flight, Feet on the Ground  

Group Chairman Su Xiaofeng delivered an important speech on the theme of "Empowerment through Reform, Improved Quality and Efficiency; Coordinated Operations, Rooted Management," elaborating on the connotation and achievement of Wanyang's cause and the realization of Wanyang's mission, using "dreams and paths" as the central axis.

Su Xiaofeng stated that in the past year, the group achieved counter-cyclical development in accordance with its strategic layout. In 2021, we must create a year of large-scale operations. The entire group must leverage existing scale and professional advantages, integrate resources, and improve efficiency. We must fight the five major battles of management, talent, products, quality, and cost, and we must also fight the battles of investment, investment attraction, finance, operations, and information. In terms of group operation and control, we must strengthen supervision and execution, management coordination, implementation of operational indicators, building an integrity culture, and achieving shared creation and sharing.
