On the morning of June 30, 2022, the groundbreaking ceremony for Sihui's June 2022 industrial projects was held at the site of the Sihui (Dasha) Manyang Innovation Project. This marks the official start of construction of the Sihui (Dasha) Manyang Innovation City project.
Groundbreaking Ceremony Site
Chen Xiaojian, member of the Standing Committee of the Zhaoqing Municipal Party Committee and director of the Propaganda Department, along with relevant leaders from the Zhaoqing Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, Zhaoqing Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Zhaoqing Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, and Zhaoqing Municipal Investment Promotion Bureau; Li Weizhong, secretary of the Sihui Municipal Party Committee; and Weng Zhuohui, deputy secretary of the Sihui Municipal Party Committee and mayor, along with the Sihui leadership team and representatives from 6 companies, attended the groundbreaking ceremony. Wang Xiaofen, vice president of Manyang Group, delivered a speech on behalf of the enterprises. Weng Zhuohui, deputy secretary of the Sihui Municipal Party Committee and mayor, delivered a speech and wished the groundbreaking ceremony a complete success.

In his speech, Weng Zhuohui, deputy secretary of the Sihui Municipal Party Committee and mayor, stated that the Sihui Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government will take the responsibility of serving project construction, and with a more pragmatic work style, a more open attitude of cooperation, and a better business environment, provide high-quality, efficient, and convenient services for project construction, helping enterprises to grow rapidly and promoting their development.
In her speech, Wang Xiaofen, vice president of Manyang Group, stated that as a manufacturing industry aggregation platform operator, Manyang Group has developed to the point where it has developed over 70 million square meters of park area nationwide, with over 16,000 enterprises entering the park. The Sihui (Dasha) Manyang Innovation City is the second project to be implemented in Sihui. We will give full play to our advantages in resources, expertise, and personnel, and build and advance with high standards and high speed, achieving early completion and early production.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, relevant leaders from the Zhaoqing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government and the Sihui Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, along with representatives from 6 companies, jointly participated in the lever ceremony for the groundbreaking of Sihui's June 2022 industrial projects. With the sound of cannons and the falling of fireworks, the Sihui June 2022 industrial project groundbreaking ceremony was successfully concluded.
The Sihui (Dasha) Manyang Innovation City is the second project implemented by Manyang Group in Sihui. The project is located in Jiangmin Village Committee, Dasha Town, Sihui City, covering an area of approximately 420 mu (approximately 28 hectares). The planned total investment is approximately 2.5 billion yuan, and the estimated annual output value after reaching standards and production capacity is 2 billion yuan, with an annual tax revenue of 126 million yuan. The project land is bankruptcy liquidation auction assets, and as an old factory building renovation and upgrading project, it improves output efficiency by revitalizing inefficient land.
