Passionate summer, colorful Dragon Township. On the morning of July 27, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Phase III project of Chongqing (Tongliang) Wanyang Innovation City was grandly held.

In addition, bank credit granting and signing ceremonies for prospective companies were held.
Liao Qiang, Executive Deputy District Head of the Tongliang District People's Government, congratulated the start of construction of Tongliang Wanyang Innovation City. He pointed out that Chongqing (Tongliang) Wanyang Innovation City is a new industrial center in western Chongqing with over 4 million square meters, jointly built by Wanyang Group and the Tongliang District Government. It is a key project of "investment attraction and selection" by governments at the municipal and district levels. The smooth commencement of the project is conducive to the specific implementation of the strategic policy put forward by the District Committee and the District Government to "focus on industry, focus on industry, focus on the real economy, and focus on open development." It will comprehensively contribute to the high-quality development of the Tongliang regional economy. At the bank credit granting ceremony, Zheshang Bank Chongqing Branch granted 500 million yuan in credit to the project, Industrial Bank Tongliang Branch granted 500 million yuan, Minsheng Bank Chongqing Branch granted 300 million yuan, and Industrial Bank Chongqing Branch granted 300 million yuan, totaling 1.6 billion yuan in credit, opening up financial channels for small and medium-sized enterprises and effectively solving their financing problems.

As Tan Qing, Secretary of the Tongliang District Committee, announced the commencement of the project, leaders at all levels jointly broke ground. Construction vehicles on-site sounded their horns in unison, cannons fired, and colorful fireworks bloomed. Introduction to the Chongqing (Tongliang) Wanyang Innovation Project

Chongqing (Tongliang) Wanyang Innovation City is a new industrial center in western Chongqing with over 4 million square meters, jointly built by Wanyang Group and the Tongliang District Government. It is a key project of "investment attraction and selection" by governments at the municipal and district levels, and it is also Wanyang Group's first project in Southwest China and Chongqing. The project is located at No. 55, Industry Avenue, Tongliang High-tech Zone, with a total planned land area of 3,000 mu (approximately 200 hectares), a total construction area of over 4 million square meters, and a total investment of 11 billion yuan.

Tongliang Wanyang Innovation City will, in accordance with Wanyang's model of "industrial agglomeration, integration of industry and city, resource sharing, and interaction between industry and finance," conduct investment attraction around the industrial chain to achieve a high degree of agglomeration of upstream and downstream industries. It will separately develop and build a 2,000-mu intelligent manufacturing industrial park and a 1,000-mu beauty and intelligent valley industrial park. It is expected that after the project is completed and achieves its production capacity in 3-5 years, it will be able to attract nearly 2,000 small and medium-sized enterprises to gather and develop, provide employment for 60,000-80,000 people, and achieve an annual output value exceeding 15 billion yuan. It will specifically implement the strategic policy put forward by the District Committee and the District Government to "focus on industry, focus on industry, focus on the real economy, and focus on open development," comprehensively assisting and leading the high-quality development of the Tongliang regional economy.
