Product Description

Chongqing (Tongliang) Wanyang Innovation Center, a project jointly developed by Wanyang Group and the Tongliang District Government, is a new industrial center in western Chongqing with over 4 million square meters. It is a key project of the municipal and district governments' "investment attraction" initiative. Located at No. 55, Industry Avenue, Tongliang High-tech Zone, the project covers a total planned area of 3,000 mu (approximately 200 hectares) with a total construction area exceeding 4 million square meters and a total investment of 11 billion yuan. Following the Wanyang model of "industrial cluster, integration of industry and city, resource sharing, and interaction between industry and finance," the project will focus on attracting businesses along the industrial chain to achieve high-level aggregation of upstream and downstream industries. It will develop a 2,000-mu smart manufacturing industrial park and a 1,000-mu beauty and intelligent valley industrial park. Upon completion and reaching full production capacity within 3-5 years, the project is expected to attract nearly 2,000 small and medium-sized enterprises, provide employment for 60,000-80,000 people, and achieve an annual output value exceeding 15 billion yuan, comprehensively supporting and leading the high-quality economic development of Tongliang District.
