Product Description

The Ningbo (Xiangshan) Wanyang Innovation Park project is located in the core area of the Xiangshan Shipu Science and Technology Park. The park has already gathered leading enterprises such as Shenling Electromechanical, David Medical, Ruoyu New Energy, and Tengsen Ding Machine Tools, creating a strong industrial atmosphere. The project has a total planned land area of approximately 1000 mu (approximately 66.7 hectares) and a total construction area of approximately 1.3 million square meters, with a planned total investment of approximately 5 billion RMB. The first phase of the project plans to use 389 mu (approximately 25.9 hectares) of land, with a construction area of approximately 450,000 square meters, accommodating approximately 80 small and medium-sized enterprises and providing approximately 4,000 jobs. Following the Wanyang model of "industrial cluster, integration of industry and city, resource sharing, and interaction between industry and finance," the project will introduce leading industries such as high-end manufacturing, auto parts, and new materials, as well as related industrial chain supporting enterprises. The goal is to develop the project into an integrated platform for high-quality manufacturing in the Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou region, combining production, R&D, pilot testing, and production support functions. Through industrial transfer, the project aims to substantially enhance the high-quality development of Xiangshan's industrial sector.

Geographic Location

The project is located in Xiangshan Shipu Science and Technology Park, adjacent to the southern coastal highway, about 12 kilometers from the Xinqiao interchange of the Ningbo-Dongguan Expressway, about 15 kilometers from the Shipu connecting line, a 25-minute drive from Xiangshan County Dancheng, and a 1-hour drive from Ningbo's main urban area.
