Product Description

Wan Yang Innovation City in Xinhui, Jiangmen, is located in Daze Town, Shenjiang Industrial Park, Daze District, Xinhui District, Jiangmen City. It is a key investment attraction project and key project of the Jiangmen municipal government. The project plans to utilize approximately 1000 mu (approximately 66.7 hectares) of land, with a total construction area of approximately 1.5 million square meters. It will focus on attracting industries such as intelligent manufacturing, new energy, electronic information products, machinery manufacturing, auto parts, and intelligent medical equipment, aiming to build Xinhui's intelligent manufacturing and equipment manufacturing industry and promote the upgrading of Xinhui's industries. The project will be constructed in two phases. Phase one will use approximately 295 mu (approximately 19.7 hectares) of land, with a construction area of approximately 450,000 square meters. Geographic Location

The project is located in the core area of Daze Park in Shenjiang Industrial Park, Daze Town, Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province. It is situated in the Pearl River Delta's one-hour economic circle, with travel times of one hour to Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhuhai, and Zhongshan, and 1.5 hours to Dongguan, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Macau. It is approximately 5 kilometers from the Guangfo Expressway (Gongheng Expressway exit). The area has convenient access to the Yinzhouhu Expressway, National Highway G240, Guangfo Expressway, Xintaih Expressway, and Jiangh Expressway. The project is close to Jiangmen Station, Guangdong's 4th largest rail hub, at only 18 kilometers away, and 23 kilometers from Xinhui Port, a national first-class port. A 10-minute drive via National Highway G240 connects the park to Xinhui's central urban area and Jiangmen Avenue. The location is excellent.
