Located in the emerging industrial park of Pingyang Coastal New Area, Zhejiang (Pingyang) Wanyang Mass Innovation City borders Ruian and is adjacent to Dolphin Bay Water Park. It's a 10-minute drive from both Pingyang County and Ruian City, enjoying a superior geographical location. The project has a total investment of approximately 3 billion yuan, covers an area of 876 mu (approximately 584,000 square meters), and has a construction scale of approximately 1.5 million square meters. It is planned to construct four functional parks: a production machinery manufacturing area, an auto parts manufacturing area, a fashion industry area, and an urban living area. Following a model of "industrial aggregation, integration of industry and city, resource sharing, and interactive integration of industry and finance," it aims to build a "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" platform for the southern Zhejiang industrial cluster. Approximately 400 small and medium-sized enterprises will be accommodated, with an annual output value of approximately 10 billion yuan and the creation of approximately 30,000 jobs.
