Guangdong (Yingde) Wanyang Innovation City: The first Wanyang Innovation City in Guangdong, located in the "Guangde (Yingde) Industrial Park" in Yingde City, northern Guangdong. The project focuses on daily-use cosmetics and its upstream and downstream supporting industries. Through industrial chain aggregation, it aims to build a "thousand-mu beauty and health industry aircraft carrier" with large beauty and health as its main industrial cluster. It has a total planned area of 2,000 mu, a construction scale of approximately 3.5 million square meters, a total investment of approximately 7.5 billion yuan, and an estimated annual output value of over 20 billion yuan. The first phase of the project covers an area of 1,097 mu with a construction area of 1.75 million square meters. More than 170 enterprises have already settled in, and over 60 enterprises are already in production.

Guangde (Yingde) Industrial Park—one of the three parks in the Guangqing Economic Special Cooperation Zone, located in Yinghong Town and Hengshitang Town, Yingde City, Guangdong Province. Covering a planned area of 36 square kilometers, it is guided by Huangpu District (Guangzhou Development Zone) for development and construction, based on the arrangement of Guangdong Provincial Committee and Provincial Government's upgraded and adjusted Guangqing integration strategic layout. It serves as an important platform for Guangzhou and Qingyuan to deepen high-quality development of Guangqing integration, and to promote the integrated development of the Pearl River Delta region and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The park is 9 kilometers away from Yingde city area, boasting a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. It mainly assists in the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of the Pearl River Delta, undertakes the transfer and development of industries from the Pearl River Delta, and strives to become a gathering area for the transformation and upgrading of Pearl River Delta enterprises and a preferred investment destination.
