Zhengzhou Wanyang Innovation City is located in the core area of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone, at the intersection of Jinling Avenue and Jingzhou Road. The project is adjacent to Zhengzhou Airport Station and the new Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center, and is one of the important groups in the ring corridor of the Zhengzhou metropolitan area. The total planned land area of the project is about 1000 mu, with a phase one land area of 315 mu and a phase one construction area of about 320,000 square meters. The park is designed according to the concept of "industrial agglomeration, integration of industry and city, resource sharing, and interaction between industry and finance."
