The Guangdong (Wengyuan) Wanyang Innovation City is an industrial transfer demonstration base jointly built by the Wengyuan County Government and Wanyang Group. With a total planned area of approximately 10,000 mu (approximately 667 hectares), a total investment of approximately 50 billion yuan, it is expected to attract over 1,500 enterprises and provide over 100,000 jobs. The project plans to attract related industries such as equipment manufacturing, new energy and new materials, food manufacturing, and electronics and electrical appliances, creating a new industrial park integrating manufacturing R&D, e-commerce, warehousing and logistics, production and life support, financial services, and intelligent park management.
With complete supporting facilities, the project area has professional supporting facilities such as a sewage treatment plant and a Class A logistics warehousing base. An emergency rescue base and a fire brigade have also been established to ensure safe production in the park; logistics support is comprehensive, covering major cities in Guangdong, Hunan, and Hubei provinces.
