Guangdong (Zhaoqing) Manyang Innovation Park is a smart industrial park jointly developed by Manyang Group and Zhaoqing Municipal Government. The project has an initial investment of 3.2 billion yuan, covers an area of 551 mu (approximately 367,000 square meters), and has a construction area of approximately 1 million square meters. The entire park is expected to accommodate approximately 200 small and medium-sized enterprises, providing nearly 15,000 jobs. It will be built into a technology-based manufacturing cluster platform integrating production and living facilities, financial services, and smart park management.
Currently, the park has attracted 127 companies, mainly in industries such as new energy vehicle core components, optoelectronics, high-end beauty packaging, watches, and biomedicine and food. Among them, 32 are national high-tech enterprises. As of now, 75 companies in the park have already started production.

Geographic Location

Located in the core area of Zhaoqing National High-tech Zone, Guangdong (Zhaoqing) Wanyang Makerspace is close to Guangzhou and Foshan, separated from Foshan by a river, and only a 15-minute drive from Sanshui, Foshan. It is surrounded by the Pearl River Delta Ring Expressway (G94), the Erguang Expressway (G55), the Guangfo Zhao Expressway (S8), the Guangfo Zhao Intercity Railway, and the Guangmao Railway.
