Longjiang Town's Bao Yong Digital Equipment Park has a total planned land area of approximately 2618 mu (approximately 174.5 hectares). The first phase of Foshan (Shunde) Wanyang Innovation City occupies approximately 153 mu (approximately 10.2 hectares), with a construction area of approximately 280,000 square meters. The second phase occupies approximately 110 mu (approximately 7.3 hectares), with a construction area of approximately 230,000 square meters. Both phases have been completed and delivered. The third phase, covering 446 mu (approximately 29.7 hectares) with a construction area of approximately 820,000 square meters, is Guangdong Province's first "village renovation" benchmark project achieved through the "collective to state-owned + account receivable storage and public auction" method. It also represents a new attempt by Shunde to take the lead in building a high-quality development demonstration zone in Guangdong Province. The project will be developed into a new generation of digital equipment industrial park integrating production, manufacturing, scientific research, logistics warehousing, and supporting facilities.
