Product Description

QianDao (Jiaozhou) Wanyang Innovation City is located at the west end of Xiangjiang Road, the main thoroughfare in the center of the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Zone. It is adjacent to the Jiaozhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, leveraging its advantageous location, transportation, resources, and logistics. Numerous manufacturing enterprises are clustered in the surrounding area, highlighting the advantages of industrial aggregation and contributing to lower logistics costs, energy consumption, and production costs, thereby achieving economies of scale. The SCO Demonstration Zone was established after the G20 SCO Summit held in Qingdao in 2018. As a national-level demonstration zone, it is a crucial part of the national strategy in Qingdao, integrating seaport, land port, airport, and railway transportation functions to better leverage Qingdao's role in the construction of the New Eurasian Continental Bridge Economic Corridor within the Belt and Road Initiative and in maritime cooperation.
The project has a total planned area of 800 mu (approximately 533,333 square meters), a total land area of 530,000 square meters, and a total planned building area of 1,030,000 square meters. It will be developed into a new type of industrial park integrating production and manufacturing, technology research and development, e-commerce, warehousing and logistics, production and living facilities, financial services, and smart park management. Upon completion, the project is expected to attract over 500 enterprises and provide nearly 10,000 jobs.
