Product Description

The Pengjiang (Hetang) Wanyang Zhongchuangcheng project is Wanyang Group's first "three old" renovation project in Jiangmen. It is also Jiangmen's first pilot project for upgrading village-level industrial parks, a key investment attraction project, and a key project in Jiangmen. It adopts a new village renovation model of "construction on behalf of + rent back".
The project has a total planned land area of approximately 661 mu (approximately 44 hectares), developed in four phases. The total construction area is approximately 1.4 million square meters. It is expected to attract more than 300 enterprises and provide 20,000 jobs, with a total investment of approximately 5 billion yuan. The first phase covers 145 mu (approximately 9.7 hectares) with a construction area of approximately 250,000 square meters and a planned investment of 1 billion yuan. The second phase covers 237 mu (approximately 15.8 hectares) with a construction area of approximately 400,000 square meters and a planned total investment of 1.5 billion yuan. The project aims to create an intelligent manufacturing cluster platform integrating intelligent manufacturing, intelligent optoelectronics, laser industry, electronic information, and new materials.
