Fuzhou (Mawei) Wanyang Innovation City is an eco-friendly manufacturing industrial park jointly developed by Wanyang Group and the Fuzhou Mawei District Government. The total planned area is approximately 500 mu (approximately 33.3 hectares), with a total planned investment of approximately 2.5 billion yuan, implemented in two phases. Phase one covers 186.6 mu (approximately 12.4 hectares) with a construction area of 310,000 square meters, while phase two covers approximately 320 mu (approximately 21.3 hectares) with a construction area of approximately 530,000 square meters. Fuzhou (Mawei) Wanyang Innovation City is dedicated to serving small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises and will develop the project into a new industrial park focusing on industries such as equipment manufacturing, auto parts, medical devices, and electronic equipment manufacturing.
