Product Description

Foshan (Gaoming) Wanyang Innovation City is a key air-sea intermodal industrial advanced manufacturing base developed by Gaoming District, and one of the key projects jointly developed by the provincial, municipal, and district governments. It is a 1,000-mu (approximately 66.7 hectares), 10 billion yuan industrial demonstration base jointly built by the Genghe Town Government and Wanyang Group. The project has a total planned land area of approximately 2,000 mu (approximately 133.3 hectares), with a total investment of 18 billion yuan. Upon completion, it is expected to accommodate 500 enterprises and create 30,000 jobs. The first phase covers 486 mu (approximately 32.4 hectares) with a construction area of 850,000 square meters.
The project focuses on introducing manufacturing industries such as equipment manufacturing, new materials, hardware and plastic manufacturing, electronic information, and precision machinery. It aims to build a manufacturing cluster platform integrating production, R&D, warehousing and logistics, financial services, and smart park management. The park plans to include supporting facilities such as an innovation building, blue-collar apartments, and a Wanyang Plaza, providing efficient and intelligent support for enterprises. Simultaneously, it plans to build a shared environmental protection plant to resolve the development bottleneck of enterprises' "difficulty and high cost of wastewater discharge," creating a "green, low-carbon, and circular" demonstration industrial park.

Geographic Location

Exit the highway at Genghe Dong Hutong, then take Provincial Highway 273 to Genghe Avenue. Drive west for 5 kilometers and turn left to the Zhaoshang Center of Gaoming Wanyang Innovation City in Xiaodong Industrial Zone.
