Product Description

The Pengjiang (Du Ruan) Wanyang Innovation City project is a key demonstration project for the "upgrading and transformation of village-level industrial parks" in Jiangmen City, a key investment attraction project, and a key project. The project is located in Du Ruan Town, Pengjiang District, in the heart of Jiangmen City, at the intersection of Jiangdu West Road and Du Ruan South Road.
The project has a total planned land area of approximately 500 mu (about 33 hectares), a total construction area of approximately 1 million square meters, and a total investment of approximately 2.5 billion yuan. The first phase of the project covers an area of approximately 110 mu (about 7.3 hectares), with a construction area of approximately 200,000 square meters and a total investment of 1 billion yuan. It is expected to attract 100 enterprises and provide approximately 3,000 jobs. It will build a manufacturing cluster platform focusing on new generation information technology, intelligent equipment and precision parts, integrating production, warehousing and logistics, financial services, and smart park management.
