Guangdong (Fengshun) Wanyang Innovation Park is a key investment attraction project of Meizhou City and Fengshun County, and a key provincial project. It has a total planned land area of approximately 800 mu (approximately 53 hectares), a construction area of approximately 1.5 million square meters, a total investment of approximately 4 billion yuan, and is expected to attract approximately 300 small and micro enterprises, providing approximately 10,000 jobs. The first phase covers approximately 400 mu (approximately 27 hectares), with a construction area of approximately 500,000 square meters. It focuses on attracting investment in industries such as hardware and electrical machinery, electronic materials, plastic products, smart toys, equipment manufacturing, and leisure food. It aims to create a manufacturing cluster platform integrating manufacturing R&D, warehousing and logistics, production and living support, financial services, and smart park management. Construction of approximately 160,000 square meters has commenced, with the first batch of factories about to be delivered, and showrooms are open for inspection.
